Young Architect says
With ARE4.0 getting retired and ARE 5.0 coming to life, more people are talking about the ARE now then ever before. There is so much information available and yet many unknowns about the ARE 5.0 transition that hasn’t yet been announced from NCARB.

One group of people who are really confused, are the people who haven’t yet started studying or preparing for their first ARE.

On January 13th, 2015 from 5:30 – 7pm, I’ll be giving a lecture at AIA Portland to discuss how to get started preparing for your first Architecture Registration Exam. This lecture will examine and discuss:

Which exam do I take first?
Do I take 5 exams or 7 exams?
How will I be impacted by the ARE 5.0 Transition?
What’s the best book to study?
How long should I study?
What should I expect when I take the exam?
Can I work 40 hours a week and do this?

I will be sharing the study techniques and methodology used in Young Architect’s 10 week virtual study group The ARE Boot Camp, discussing how to effectively study and How to Pass The Architecture Registration exam. This lecture is FREE and Architecture Students who will graduating soon are highly encouraged to attend.
