Rendezvous @ Base Camp Brewing With Queers And Craft Beers says
Join amBi Portland for a special joint Meetup with Queers & Craft Beers @ Base Camp!

More about our venue & co-hosts:

Base Camp Brewing has "been brewing innovative lagers and ales for the adventurous palate since 2012. To experience the latest from the frontier of craft beer, visit us at our brewhouse and taproom in the heart of Portland, Oregon's brewery district."

Portland Queers & Craft Beers "is for Portland's 'queer' community: Lesbian, bi, gay, trans, straight, all of the above/none of the above. The common denominator is that you're looking for an LGBT/LGBT-friendly crowd in order to meet similar folks who appreciate good conversation and good times, all over a pint (or two) of craft brews (and cider). Mostly we meetup at local craft beer bars/brewpubs/breweries, but we also go to beer fests, tours, and other social events centered around... Beer!"

Queers & Beers + amBi Portland + Base Camp = FUN

EVENT NOTES:

• Queers & Craft Beers will be posting for the event as well via their group's Meetup page, so if you're in both groups, only RSVP to one, please, so we have as accurate a group count as possible to communicate with Base Camp closer to the date of the event

• This event is open to everyone, regardless of sexual identity

• We do not have a private space/tables reserved, so 5:30pm is not a 'hard' start- Arrive whenever you can! (Although, our group is likely to peak around 8pm-ish, so if you can't get there until after that time, you may want to reconsider.) Please contact any event host if you're wondering if you should still come!

• Like many venues where we host events, Base Camp has room to stand & mingle + tables + a patio (weather permitting), so folks will be welcome to spread out however they so wish. Once people start arriving at/around 5:30, we'll update the event page with our whereabouts, though it certainly shouldn't be hard to find us ;)

Standard PDX Queers & Beers Event Info:

*Non-beer drinkers, non-alcohol drinking members / guests, as always, welcome!

*If you have any access or functional needs that you feel may prevent you from joining us at this event or that, if they can be addressed, might make the event more accessible [and therefore more enjoyable] for you, please send me a message via Meetup so we can talk more, including troubleshooting options if needed.

*Remember that when planning to drink, it's also important to plan to travel safely:

-Carpool with someone you've met from the group; post a note in the comments section if you're seeking/offering rides to the venue.
