The Death Meditation With Gregory Jamiel says
We are in fall, the season where our natural surroundings are in a constant state of flux, change, and transformation right before our eyes. The leaves are dancing with vibrant explosions of color before they drift into the deep sleep of winter.

On, Sunday, November 1, from 6-8pm you are cordially invited to experience The Death Meditation, one of our most powerful guided Ceremonies that is designed to show you where you are holding yourself back, whether it is regarding relationships, career goals, personal development, or behavioral patterns you are repeating.

This meditation may seem morbid, gruesome, or macabre, but the truth is the complete opposite. People over the years have always said, live today as if you were going to die tomorrow...but we still find ourselves holding back from living our most vibrant life because of fear, inhibition, or a number of other reasons.

By creating a safe and Sacred arena for us to really go inside and ask ourself, what if? What if I was to die in a half an hour? What regrets do I have? What unspoken things did I not have the time or opportunity to share with loved ones? What dreams did I not even attempt because of fear?

These are just a few of the questions we will explore in this guided meditation. After bringing yourself back to a most vibrant place, you will leave with pages and pages of information that you wrote from your heart, unhindered, unguarded, and filled with Truth. You will then be able to take a very courageous step forward towards living your most vibrant life!

We will begin with a Drum Circle (drums provided), where we will sing The Heart Sutra to help open our hearts, then we will practice an all-levels Forrest Yoga class to get into our physical body, finally we will be guided through the Death Meditation.

I will help you co-create a powerful Hoop of support so you will be able to dive into this sensitive place of exploration. For those of you who know me, you may know that I have lost both my mother and father and have developed a unique relationship of this great piece of life. Through my work with my teachers, Chief Alex Turtle & Chenoa Egawa, my Vision Quests, Forrest Yoga Trainings, and life experiences, I am willing, able, and committed to holding a most powerful space for you to explore these questions and the answers they provide you.

Space is limited and spots are going fast. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me on here. I look forward to walking this path with you! AHO!
