Tim's 60th/ Benefit Concert says
On February 15, 2016, Tim Ellis will turn 60. While this star-filled concert is a celebration of music and joy, it is also an opportunity to give back to a man who has been a mentor and inspiration to thousands over his long musical career.

The Ellis family received heartbreaking news when Tim was diagnosed with advanced Melanoma in December of 2015. Proceeds from Tim’s 60th Birthday Celebration will be donated to the Ellis family to ensure that they can focus on sharing time together without the worry of mounting medical expenses.

Thomas Lauderdale and members of Pink Martini will be performing, as well as Art Alexakis, founder of the band Everclear. Recording artists, Tom Grant, Michael Allen Harrison, the Aaron Meyer Band, and members of the Oregon Symphony will also be appearing as part of this memorable concert event!

For those who know Tim, he is not one to talk about or share his troubles. With respect for his privacy and his family’s wishes, we promise not to make this a night about illness. We are throwing him a party to celebrate. Thank you for joining us and for helping us to say Happy Birthday to one of Portland’s musical icons at a concert we will not soon forget!
