We are looking for people interested in having their portrait taken for a video, which will be played in front of the United Nations General assembly in New York City on September 20th, 2017. All you would have to do is meet us in the studio (on Sunday, April 2nd between 11 and 5pm), and sit in front of a camera for a maximum of 10 minutes. There will be no sound from our shoot used, you don't have to be intereviewed. Just sit in front of the camera and engage with us for a few minutes. Bring your kids, your mom, your grandparents and neighbors! We want to include as many people as possible to show the beauty of diversity in our culture, and to create a message of unity and love. Shoot Details

Date/time: Sunday, April 2nd from 11am-5pm

Location: Newspace Center of Photography (1632 SE 10th Ave, Portland, OR 97214)

The project

The United Nations will launch a campaign on the 20th of September called "Where is Love?" the message of this campaign is being united in diversity, bridging gaps and showing love to others. The campaign and video will be launched during the General Assembly of the UN in New York City.

A Belgian Composer Piet Goddaer and Belgian Photographer/Filmmaker Eva Verbeeck will make the campaign video together with filmmakers Robert Carr and Travis Howe. This project has the support of New York University and the United Nations.
