Explore sun salutations and specific postures from the most basic level. From there the direction will depend on what participants want to focus on in a Q and A format, followed by practice. Do you want to know how to make only one step forward from downward facing dog to warrior? Do you find balancing postures difficult? Would you like to learn how to do inversions? Maybe you just want to know how to modify a pose for your ability level or injury. Bring your questions, open mind and positive attitude to NW Women's Fitness.
