A Foz restaurant that weathers all tides for more than 20 years without closing down deserves a statue. We're no sculptors, so we will pay tribute to Cafeína by saying the restaurant is in excellent health. Proof is in the duck magret or the Wellington tournedo, both signed by chef Camilo Jaña. The menu also includes steak and eggs, after some creative appetizers, such as the tuna tartar with avocado and the spicy radish mayo.
