Choosing where to have dinner is probably one of the most complex tasks in the modern world (that's why we're here). It gets trickier if your party includes vegetarians. Nothing against them (quite on the contrary!), but sadly Porto lacks vegetarian options. But there are a few veggie-friendly spots, and they are great. One of those is Essência, in Constituição, where they also serve non-green dishes as well – two for lunch, four for dinner. The ever-changing menu is always mouthwatering, with delicacies such as asparagus and fennel risotto or the Thai vegetable curry.
