Eden Roc Miami Beach

Eden Roc Miami Beach

5 out of 5 stars
When I booked my stay at Eden Roc Miami Beach, I was expecting a nice hotel. What I got was a borderline existential crisis about why I don’t live there permanently. This place is a masterclass in how to do luxury without being obnoxious about it. It’s modern, stylish and somehow manages to feel both grand and intimate at the same time. I knew it had a long and steady reputation as a luxury hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by just how well it’s aged. Decades after its debut in the 1950s, this hotel remains iconic and continues to serve legendary sophistication, proving that classics never go out of style. Designed by Morris Lapidus, the architectural genius behind Miami’s mid-century modern aesthetic, Eden Roc maintains its timeless glamour, infusing it with a relaxed, contemporary vibe. It’s the kind of place where you can feel the echoes of old Hollywood—moguls and movie stars used to flock here—while still enjoying all the perks of contemporary luxury. Walking through the hotel, I got that old Hollywood vibe, that Cary Grant level of cool. It’s not your typical Miami Beach hotel because it makes you feel refreshingly removed from the high-octane chaos of South Beach that other hotels try to replicate. Eden Roc’s “chill luxury” vibe is what drew me in and made me feel like I belonged there, even if I was just a regular person who doesn’t own a yacht. What are the rooms like at the Eden Roc Miami Beach? Let’s talk about the rooms because, honestly, they’re a revelation.
