Three things you won't want to miss in London this Wednesday

1. Pod it like it's hot with London Podcast Festival at Kings Place. Podcast giants like the ‘My Dad Wrote a Porno’ crew will be sharing dirty jokes live on stage while true-crime podcast ‘Beyond Reasonable Doubt?’ will be recording its series finale at the King’s Cross venue. 2. If London Fashion Week drives you barking mad, swap the catwalk for the dogwalk at Town Hall Hotel in Patriot Square today, where dog clothing company Sniffie will be hosting a show of canine couture.  3. ‘Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band’ is 50. Three things you won’t want to miss this weekend

1. Head to Greenwich Peninsula from 11am this Saturday for the smart fashion, design and street food market Sample, where you can dance-shop to DJ sets right beside the Thames. When you’re done, visit Camille Walala’s colourful installation at NOW Gallery, but make sure you book your free ticket in advance.  2. Celebrate South Asian culture at the fifteenth Zee London Mela festival, which is themed around ‘Love’ this year. There’s live music, dance, theatre, comedy and cabaret, with performances from British Asian and international acts across four stages. It all kicks off at Gunnersbury Park at 1pm this Sunday, and it’s all free to get in.  3. It’s Warhol Month in Croydon this September, and to mark this unexpected festival, RISEgallery is putting on an exhibition of Andy Warhol-inspired works, alongside a selection of his pop-art originals. Free walks, talks and Warholian film screenings will be happening in Croydon until September 30.

1. Pizza padres Voodoo Ray's are celebrating their first birthday in the best possible way: by giving out 100 free cheesy slices of pizza. Get yourself to the Camden Market branch by 5pm today for a slice of the greasy action.  2. Fact: Covent Garden has more beauty shops per square metre than any other area in London. To show off this attractive asset, they're holding a beauty marathon, with special offers, masterclasses, in-store tutorials, fragrance fittings and late openings from the shops around the piazza until Sunday September 3.  3. Remember when Arnold Schwarzenegger was T800 cyborg? Get ready to take a trip back in time (or rather, into the future) because 'Terminator 2: Judgement Day' is back in cinemas. The '90s classic has been re-released to mark the film's fictional 'Judgement Day': August 29, 1997.
