Three things you won’t want to miss this weekend

1. Head to Greenwich Peninsula from 11am this Saturday for the smart fashion, design and street food market Sample, where you can dance-shop to DJ sets right beside the Thames. When you’re done, visit Camille Walala’s colourful installation at NOW Gallery, but make sure you book your free ticket in advance.

2. Celebrate South Asian culture at the fifteenth Zee London Mela festival, which is themed around ‘Love’ this year. There’s live music, dance, theatre, comedy and cabaret, with performances from British Asian and international acts across four stages. It all kicks off at Gunnersbury Park at 1pm this Sunday, and it’s all free to get in.

3. It’s Warhol Month in Croydon this September, and to mark this unexpected festival, RISEgallery is putting on an exhibition of Andy Warhol-inspired works, alongside a selection of his pop-art originals. Free walks, talks and Warholian film screenings will be happening in Croydon until September 30.
