Restaurateur Greg Medow calls his lounge 'three bars in one', thanks to the distinct personality of each of its three modest floors. Signature cocktails go down easy in the shag-shod loft; the stylish main- floor bar comes with orchids in highlighted nooks; and a 20ft (6m)waterfall trickles into the basement lounge. Male patrons will appreciate being able to keep an eye on their drink even while in the gents, thanks to a one-way mirror that overlooks the bar.
