Saha offers Arabic Fusion cuisine which is a blend of traditional Middle Eastern dishes and California cuisine with an Arabic influence. The menu is extensive with a large selection of small plates, entrees and a three course prix fixe option. Chef Mohamed Aboghanem is the only one in San Francisco who gives equal rights to vegans and omnivores by creating a menu with many options for any diet.
