BARDOT A GO GO PRE-BASTILLE DAY DANCE PARTY
It looked like last year might be the final Bardot a Go Go. But luckily, we've wrangled two of the co-founders -- Brother Grimm and the Cali Kid -- into playing the best in decadent '60s French pop and other International garage/soul/bubblegum sounds one more time.
Called "Best Substitute for a Parisian Disco" by the Bay Guardian and "carbonated, contagious" by SF Weekly, "Bardot a Go Go" celebrates its 17th year of playing swinging '60s French pop from the likes of Serge Gainsbourg, Jacques Dutronc, and of course Brigitte Bardot.
There will also be the usual fun drink specials and groovy '60s French videos. And free '60s hairstyling by Peter Thomas Hair Design from 9-11 pm!!
Shagadelic attire encouraged.
