Celebrate cutting-edge cinema that portrays disability culture in all its diverse and empowering facets, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (The ADA).
Superfest is the longest running festival of its kind in the world, showcasing an innovative range of juried short films, organized by the Paul K. Longmore Institute on Disability at San Francisco State University and the LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired in San Francisco. The Patient No More: People with Disabilities Securing Civil Rights traveling exhibition will be on view in the Sala Webb Education Center classrooms as a way to celebrate the Bay Area’s unique and vibrant contributions to the disability rights movement.
