KCTS 9 invites families, friends and kids to meet us at Woodland Park Zoo for the second annual KCTS 9 Kids Day! Join us as we celebrate PBS Kids programming with crafts, giveaways, and a visit from PBS Kids favorite Daniel Tiger from Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood.

What: KCTS 9 Kids Day
When: Wednesday, June 29, 2016
Where: Zoomazium, Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle, WA
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

To participate in KCTS 9 Kids Day, guests must:

1) Obtain Zoo entry by purchasing a Zoo ticket or showing their membership card. KCTS 9 viewers will receive $2 off their tickets (adult or child) when using the promo code: DANIELTIGER. The code is valid for online ticket purchases only and can’t be combined with other discounts. Please note that a Zoo ticket will not guarantee entry to meet Daniel Tiger.
2) Claim a designated time frame to meet Daniel Tiger via the events Eventbrite page (Found here:https://kcts9kidsday.eventbrite.com) . These designated time frames will be available beginning Saturday, June 18 at 10 a.m. There is a limited amount of space in each time frame. They’ll be available on a first-come, first-serve basis – one per family or group.
3) On day of the event, guests with a designated time frame will need to check in at the KCTS 9 booth, located in the West Entrance Plaza, to collect a timed ticket. This will grant you entry into the event space and provide you with one photo with Daniel. Please keep the ticket until you reach the front of the line in the Zoomazium.

Though tickets are required to gain entry into the Zoomazium to meet Daniel Tiger, all Zoo guests will be able to enjoy KCTS 9 crafts and giveaways, and snacks by Clif Bar in the West Entrance Plaza throughout the event.

Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood airs on KCTS 9 weekdays at 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., and weekends at 7:30 a.m.
