88 Women: Ladies Night Out!

The idea of women having a place of their own for a night is new and yet, why not? We have so many talented musicians in Seattle alone, and then add Tacoma and Everett and the Eastside and lookout! Bring it ladies! We have assembled the best rhythm section with Beth Wulff the master, on keys, Melanie Owen on bass and vocals and more, Sheryl Clark on sax, and Kelli with an 'I' on drums, plus more great female vocalists and players who want a place to jam! Blues, r&b, soul, funk, folk, Americana, gospel, free form, groove, a'capella, beat box or whatever you do! Bring your instrument or sing us a tune! Back line provided by 88 Keys Dueling Piano and Sports Bar, and one of the Best Audio Engineers in town, Dave Hageage, handling the knobs, although if you know any women who want to learn how to be an audio engineer, Dave will teach. This week we have a crawfish special in the kitchen thanks to Will Dorsey, New Orleans native, who has been helping out in the kitchen lately. Join us for a little tail or two!
