Renowned author, chef, and personality, Eddie Huang, will be speaking at the University of Washington on April 21st. Eddie is the bestselling author of Fresh Off the Boat: A Memoir, the memoir ABC has adapted into one of this season's most talked-about new TV shows (with Huang on board as producer). On stage, his hyper-opinionated personality shares lessons from his unconventional successes: Embrace the unknown. Don’t accept mediocrity. Make things that excite you. Always move forward.
