Time Out says

The International Day of Awesomeness (March 10th) is a celebration of awesomeness. (http://dayofawesomeness.com/) People are awesome every day, frequently don't realize it, and their feats of awesomeness are rarely recognized. Join us this week for your regularly scheduled dancing awesomeness, and 200% more recognition! Dancing from 9p-12:30a -- $7 general / $5 student (or free with either class, how awesome is that?!) DJ'd by Andrew Girardeau-Dale (he's bringing the tunes that will make you want to dance AWESOMELY!) Reeva Bradley (won a DJing spot at Rain City Blues because, yes, she is THAT awesome!) and Solomon Douglas (internationally known musician and DJ; can't get much more awesome than that!) Experienced Drop-in Lesson from 8:30p-9:30p -- $10 general / $7 student (dance incl) This month's focus: MicroBlues taught by Reeva (DJ's and teaches? How awesome is that?!) Newcomer Drop-in Lesson from 8:30p-9p -- $5 everyone (dance incl) taught by Karen R. Smith (she has over 10 years teaching experience; kinda explains why her teaching is so awesome!) If you would like us to announce your event please send the host a brief description of the event, the time and location of the event, and the cost. Read more about us at http://burnblue.org We're at Velocity Dance Center 1621 12th Ave, Seattle All Ages We accept cash and credit card, no coins please! Your host this week, - Maggie Karshner P.S. ...you tired of hearing me say "awesome" yet? ...that's... well... AWESOME! ;-P
