Bushwick Book Club Performs Isaac Asimov says
The The Bushwick Book Club (Seattle) presents original musical performances inspired by Isaac Asimov’s Foundation series.

Ten musicians and one comedian will create original works inspired by Asimov’s classic series. You’ll hear works about psychohistory, mass action, and the fall of the Galactic Empire—a Dark Age lasting over 30,000 years that could be avoided only by a foundation of talented artisans and engineers. These 10 Bushwick artisans will aid in the fight against the forthcoming Dark Age. May the arts prevail!

Featured artists will include Tim Kennedy, Zarni De Wet, Sam Russell, Benjamin Draper, Julia Massey, Mike McDermot, Chris Poage, Vince Martinez, and Emmett Montgomery.

Come early to enjoy happy hour drinks and dinner in Pop Kitchen + Bar starting at 6:00pm.

ABOUT BUSHWICK BOOK CLUB:
The Bushwick Book Club Seattle is not your run-of-the-mill book club. We are a group of musicians dedicated to sharing our combined passion for both music and reading with the Seattle community and beyond. With each performance, a book is chosen which is read by our talented Bushwick artists who then write original music inspired by the book they just read. By producing these unique events, we hope to increase awareness in literature and songwriting, while at the same time remind people (young and old) that reading can and should be a regular part of their daily lives.
