Chakra Activation Meditation & Sound Bath With Megan Costello

8 Limbs Wedgwood Fridays 7:00-8:15pm 2/20 3/20 4/17 Join Megan Costello for an in-depth exploration of the chakras. This workshop is accessible to those new to the chakra system, and those who have been studying the chakras for years. The evening will open with a meditation that will invite students on a journey through the chakra system. We will explore each chakra, its gifts, qualities and energies and explore the flow of energy in that chakra. Following the meditation, students will then be invited into a supported savasana for a chakra inspired sound bath. Megan will use the sounds of crystal singing bowls to activate each of the energy centers cultivating a healthy flow of prana in each of the energy centers. The evening will end with a silent meditation to absorb the benefits of the evening's practice. Students will not only learn more about the chakra system, but will also get to know their body's energy and over time learn how to cultivate and balance energy in the chakras through attention and the power of sound.
