INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY represents an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women while calling for greater equality. Celebrated every March 8th since 1911 - International Women's Day is just one day where we join together to celebrate the accomplishments made by women in the economic, social and political arenas around the world - while also recognizing that we have a way's to go.

♀ Be inspired by our Speaker Panel of five female local non-profit founders whose bold ideas are addressing women’s issues locally and abroad. Speaker panel includes founders from:
-CrookedTrails.org - A cultural immersion travel organization that brings people to live and work alongside the people they are visiting; builds schools abroad, supports anti-sex trafficking work in Nepal
-DignityForDivas.com - supports homeless or formerly homeless local women through Diva Duty (distributing Diva Survival Kits (hygiene products) to women and men living on the streets of Seattle) and other programs
-StolenYouth.org - Works to raise awareness and funds to support the identification and recovery of trafficked children and youth.
-ProjectFeast.org - Transforming lives by providing pathways to sustainable employment in the food industry to immigrant and refugee women. (Hire them for your next catered event!)
--Jolkana.org - Helps accelerate positive social change around the world via: Project Catalyst: supports global social entrepreneurs through mentorship, training, and networking and Lift Bangla: allows donors to transparently donate to vetted social ventures in Bangladesh.
