Eat Seattle is proud to annouce its grand opening! Our expert head Chef, Emily Moore, will guide us through the Pike Place Market as we select organic produce for our seasonal menu. This will be followed by a cooking class in the market where we compose a 3-course menu together.

You will gain an incredible about of insight on NW food, knowledge on the market vendors, eat delicious food and collect useful cooking tips. The chef extracts the most flavor out of regional ingredients by seasoning correctly, using the freshest organic products, cooking at the right temperature and tastefully pairing the garnitures. We also use as many homemade pantry products as possible.
