Playing a groovy style of self-dubbed “zen rock”, Seattle recording artist Parzival brings heartfelt poetry and a danceable vibe to every show. After cutting his songwriting and recording chops in the ambitious Nashville, TN music scene, Parzival returned to the Northwest in 2010 to develop his craft in Seattle.
Having completed the tour and promotion of his first Nashville-recorded album “Postmodern Love”, Parzival wrote and recorded a second album, “Pisces Rising”, and settled in to playing for soulful blues-fusion partner dances throughout the Northwest, where he gained a following and a reputation for uplifting performances. Parzival now fronts a four-piece band composed of individual artists playing with a collective spirit. The band recently completed a successful four-week residency opening for Seattle funk mainstay Marmalade.
