Editors Guild Meeting: Collaborative Roundtable says
We’ll kick off our first Seattle Guild meeting in 2017 with some conversation among fellow editors. You will have the opportunity to choose three out of four topics for twenty-minute roundtable discussions, and each topic will be moderated by an experienced editor in the field. The four topics for round table discussion will be:

- Fiction editing for self-publishing authors
- Nonfiction editing for traditional publishers
- Web editing
- Editing for nonprofits

This collaborative approach is designed to give everyone the chance to share experiences of your own as well as learn something new to start the new year. Join the conversation to connect with colleagues and come away with tips, insights, and practical wisdom. (Don't forget to bring your business cards!)

**About Member Meetings**
The Editors Guild hosts member meetings on the second Monday of every other month in Seattle (usually at iLEAP in the Good Shepherd Center). If the meeting includes a presentation, we also broadcast it live online and archive it to our YouTube page. Meetings are free and open to the public. A social half hour begins at 6:30 p.m.; the meeting officially begins at 7 p.m. and ends at 8:30 p.m.
