Esak Garcia's Seattle Workshop

Bikram Yoga Everett is proud to be one of the five local yoga studios to host upcoming Esak Garcia's two day workshop. Esak Garcia has been a yoga devotee for nearly 20 years. On Feb 20th 2005 Esak became the 1st ever male champion of the Bishnu Charan Ghosh Cup. From representatives of 25 countries, he was chosen for his abllity to most accurately demonstrate the combination of strength, flexibility, balance, poise and grace that are cultivated in Hatha yoga. Since then Esak has been conducting yoga seminars, coaching clinics and demonstrations internationally. Esak became interested in Bikram yoga as a high school athlete at the age of 17. He used yoga to condition himself to play baseball and American football. Esak has led yoga demonstrations, seminars and clinics world-wide. He has been a guest teacher and demonstrator in various cities in India, South Korea, Thailand, China, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, England, Austria, United States and Canada.
