The event creator says
The Concept: New Order is a band that has had a profound influence on modern music. New Order transcends genres, and was a core strand in the DNA that birthed both alternative and electronic music. The Every Little Counts benefit show bridges those genres, bringing together some of Seattle’s finest Indie AND electronic artists all to benefit MusiCares.

The Project: Mike Lucero helms the FM Collective which is a true "collective" of artists who collaborated on the self-titled CD released last fall. The album included collaborations from members of The Posies, Hey Marseilles, Super Deluxe, Portugal the Man, Shaprece & Heart. As an extension of the FM Collective album, Lucero and Marco Collins are curating electronic, hip hop and EDM remixes of the first two singles, “Age of Consent” and “The One That Matters.” All of the proceeds from FM Collective have gone to music-related charities including MusiCares (over $5K in the past year). The intent of the Collective is to continue to raise more money for important musical institutions such as MusiCares.
