Vol. 1 of this class was so popular, and so many people told me they wanted to take it but couldn't, that I am offering another one!
If you took the first Smooth Steps class, this is a fabulous opportunity to practice and go deeper. If you didn't take the first class, that's totally okay. We will be using the same props and getting more into adding pulse to our smooth weight transfers and steps. It will be so challenging and wonderful for your dancing!
Class description:
Ever wondered how those "advanced" dancers look so effortless and smooth in their steps and weight transfers? This class will teach you some of the secrets to looking and feeling just like that, even when incorporating pulse! Hint: It has a lot to do with the ground + your knees and core.
Using some silly yet effective props that I have created to diagnose relative smooth-ness (you'll just have to wait and see!), we will each start where we are and work toward the posture, balance, grace, and groundedness to get super smooth!
