Fall Equinox Ceremony And Ritual says
This gathering is an honoring of the season, the sacred directions, the ocean, the rivers, and the sacred water ways that teach us to move gracefully through life, that keep us buoyant and vibrant, and clear away the accumulations of summer and the past.
Our practice includes rituals to deepen our connection to the way the Mystery is unfolding this season, a drum journey, writing reflections, creative processing, a short gentle slow flow and restorative yoga practice, meditation, crystal bowl sound bath, and making & holding space for clearly realigning our words and actions with our heart's prayers. Our practices will draw from yoga, ayurvedic, and shamanic lineages

We'll feel the power of coming together in community to do drum journey work, process, meditation, and mantra to honor and protect our sacred waters.
For the last 90 minutes, we’ll practice a slow & super gentle, lushy, fluid yoga class for an hour, ending with a 30 minute crystal bowl sound bath & meditation.
*Please bring the largest purest, drinkable water you can for our water ceremony.
