Shawn Soole is an Aussie that now calls Canada home. He has been behind some of the most awarded restaurants and bars in Canada including Clive's Classic Lounge (World's Best Hotel Bar, TOTC '11 & '12) and was the founder of Little Jumbo. He published his first book, Cocktail Culture in '13 and is in the process of writing his second and third book. He now is a freelance food and drinks bon vivant consulting and helping out everything from new restaurants and bars to launching small distilleries. His fascination with Canadian Whisky has been growing over the last few years ever since opening Little Jumbo.
