This year we shine our spotlight on Education initiatives, which connect more than 24,000 students with art each year.
Make a fully tax-deductible donation to Seattle Art Museum's SAM Fund on May 5! Your gift of any amount will help SAM serve 24,000 students this year, connecting art to life.
* LEARN - SAM's K-12 education program provides resources to schools to help integrate arts education into classroom learning, including a free lending library, online lesson plans, professional development for educators, art-making workshops, and school tours.
* GET CREATIVE - Through programs such as Teen Night Out and Teen Workshops, young people work with local artists to create art, express their ideas in discussions, and develop programs for their peers.
* ENGAGE - At SAM Camp, a three-week summer program for children entering grades one through five, more than 100 young students will sharpen their art-making skills, stretch their imaginations, explore SAM's galleries, and make new friends.
