The handstand is a practiced in Yoga, Circus, Gymnastics and other movement arts. Join hand balancing instructor Adrian Hillyer to take your handstands in a new direction. Learn to look at handstands anatomically and discover ways to find balance with more ease. If you are practicing holding a handstand, learn drills to hold longer balanced inversions. If you have a solid handstand, learn great ways to take your practice further based on your goals including a press, tuck, Mexican Handstand, flag, and the path to the elusive one arm.

Minimum requirements are the ability to do a handstand against a wall comfortably and some kicking into a handstand without a wall. A one minute strict handstand is required for those interested in one arm training.
