Natalya Zrazhevskaya is back at SCT April 23rd for another amazing class.
In this workshop, we will be focusing on the quality of our hip action and footwork through the knowledge of the 9 chasses in chacha. We will start with working on leg action and rotation, later putting together a routine and working on performing it.
The routine is geared towards drilling the different footwork and hip action patterns, developing healthy muscle memory if practiced.
The goal is to gain more detailed control of our core in order to better direct it while social dancing. First, we must create a solid base in our body through drills, in order to later ONLY focus on performance and 'being in the moment' when we are in a social atmosphere.
This class is open to all. Heels are encouraged.
