Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) says
Let MOHAI turn you on your head during a day of Hip-Hop celebration. Get energized with a musical performance by SPAC3MAN and dance performances by Massive Monkees with select students from The Beacon. Be inspired by the words of 206 Zulu founder King Khazm and throughout the event DJ Soul One will be spinning records during a special edition of The Saturday Spin. To kick-off the event, join city leaders in a Mayoral Proclamation declaring November Seattle Hip-Hop History Month.

$10 special admission pricing between 12:30 pm - 5 pm

1 pm & 1:30 pm: Performances by the magnetic Spac3man
1:20 pm: Welcome by Aaron Walker-Loud and Jazmyn Scott, curators of "The Legacy of Seattle Hip-Hop"
Remarks by King Khazm, 206 Zulu founder
Mayoral Proclamation announcing November Hip-Hop History Month in Seattle
1:30 pm: DJ Soul One spinning in the exhibit "The Legacy of Seattle Hip-Hop"
3:30 pm: Welcome and reading of the Mayoral Proclamation
3:45 pm: Dance performance by Massive Monkees and The Beacon, music by DJ Soul One
