The Royal Room says
It's that time of year where everyone can come together, united by the fact that they don't have to go to work on Monday! No getting out of bed early, no rush-hour traffic, no 2pm crash at your desk, and none of the other pains everyone has at their job...all of that can wait till Tuesday. The Royal Room is treating Columbia City to a Sunday-night Party to bring in Labor Day, and why not? We don't have to work tomorrow!

Take a break tonight and enjoy:
Drink specials!
Groove music at 8:00pm, featuring:

Music of The Meters: Kick it back to New Orleans with music of the iconic Meters, led by guitarist Tristan Gianola with Tim Kennedy on organ, Nick Lonien on bass and Adam Kozie on drums. Special guest vocalist Samantha Willis joins to belt out some additional funk classics!

Low Tones: Seattle's freakiest groovers come together with live beats and samples improvising Trip hop and Acid jazz, with flavors of old school hip hop, R&B, funk and more. Once the music kicks in, it doesn’t stop, it only evolves and changes as the night spins on and players rotate in and out. All complimented by a full dance floor, extra lighting rigs and psychedelic visuals by The Royal Room’s Brad Rouda and Mack Fisher.

No cover. The musicians are compensated by your donations.
Reservations are available for patrons who are planning to have dinner before and during the show.
