This legendary evening of short and fascinating presentations, started in in 2006, has a simple goal “Enlighten us, but make it quick.” 16 passionate Seattleites are given 5 minutes at the microphone to inspire, inform, entertain or do all at the same time. It's a reinvention of the very idea of a lecture, offering an exciting and provocative evening of storytelling for all ages. Topics range wildly on any night, from advice on buying used cars or how to make DIY furniture, to political movements and philosophies for life. The topics and talks are unpredictable, but you’re certain to leave with new ideas and inspirations.“ Doors open: 7:00 p.m. There is a cash bar and an interactive game you can choose to play. Talks begin at 8:00 p.m. w/ intermission Tickets: $5. Town Hall member benefits: Priority seating. Note: The Ignite bar will be open, accepting cash/checks (no cards, sorry!)
