Tanner Walker Health Coaching says
Finite games must have a winner and a loser. There is a beginning and an end to a game or activity in a finite setting. Some familiar finite games include: football, rock paper scissors, and chess.

Infinite games are not played to be won and finished, but are instead played for the purpose of continuing the game. A few familiar infinite games include: foot bag, playing catch, and dance.

In this workshop we will be playing with a variety of fun stimulating infinite games. The focus will be on improving not only our physical movement capabilities, but also how to move intelligently, enthusiastically and cooperatively with others.

Wear loose fitting clothes that you can be mobile in, bring some water, and don't forget to pack your weirdness and individuality, it will be necessary for group flow.

WARNING: These games will put you into new shapes, emotions, moods, and feelings that you may have never felt in your life. Novel experience in a cooperative group setting may cause psychological and physiological adaptations, and has been known to cause rising levels of excitement, joy, and laughter.
