A SPECIAL THANK YOU to CASA Latina for providing a space for us to host this event. You can find more information about their organization here

Casa Latina's location is directly on the march route so we will jump right in and march to downtown Seattle for the main event and rally at the US District Courthouse.

Cesar Chavez once said 'I had a dream that the only reason the employers were so powerful was not because they in fact had that much power….what made them so powerful was that we were so weak," meaning that farmworkers have the ability to create a shift in power. It was in their hands and it’s within our hands too.

If farmworkers could realize their power and if we could realize our power then all of our needs could be met. As consumers, we can drastically change the way people earn wages and provide for their families.

The time is NOW to rally with farmworkers from Familias Unidas por la Justicia and show support for the #boycottdriscolls, #boycottsakuma campaign and farmworkers in the #SanQuintin valley.
