Your workout routine just got better! Join us for 'Network - Out' [Round 4]. An event combining a light workout, followed by healthy hosted appetizers, thirst-quenching drinks, and of course networking with other active young professionals!

Pick what fits you! You will have your choice of two different classes - 'Body Pump' or 'Bar'; perfect for anyone who wants to get out of that 'workout rut' and into a healthy body. These classes are open to all fitness levels. Each class starts at 7:45pm so come a little bit early (so you don't miss a second).

Afterward, you can enjoy some hosted drinks/healthy sandwiches (thank you Homegrown) all while socializing and mingling with your fellow young professionals in the awesome gym, Flow Fitness!

**The first 30 people to attend get a free (pretty AWESOME) t-shirt!**

Free validated parking for anyone who parks at the 321 Terry garage. Make sure you bring a lock to securely put your valuables in the locker.
