Join us March 23rd at 6pm for an AMAZING punk rock vegan pop-up dinner created by Joshua Ploeg.

Josh has spent the last 15 years traveling the country and parts of the world doing multimedia food events, private dinner parties, small catering, takeout days and secret cafes.
He usually goes about on public transit, such as the ol' Greyhound, trains and rideshare, writing about his adventures from time to time. He has created 9 cookbooks including the recent "This Ain't No Picnic: Your Punk Rock Vegan Cookbook" and "Superfoods for Life: Cacao" which he co-authored with dietician Matt Ruscigno.

Additionally, he has been the screamer for a bunch of hardcore/punk bands over the years, in the Pacific Northwest and California (such as Mukilteo Fairies, Behead the Prophet NLSL and the current Select Sex) and has produced rather a large number of weird zines.

Josh's popups aren't much different from his private dinner parties, it's prix fixe, four courses: app, soup/salad, main dish with side, dessert.
