Welcome one and all to another Sunday dance!! This week we have the excellent Dale Kellegrew and John Lozano Instructing: Breath and Blues Nothing gets us more focused and in touch with our bodies than watching our breath, and no dance matches the Blues in terms of its fundamental applicability to fusing dances together.
