On behalf of Seattle HIV Vaccine Trials Unit (HVTU), I want to thank you for your tremendous support with HIV vaccine research. Our media campaign showcasing community leaders, activists and collaborating partners have reached many diverse communities in Seattle; and it's been essential in inspiring volunteers to take action and stand up to AIDS. We could not do this work without your support and visibility.
We have seen tremendous scientific breakthroughs in treatment, prevention and cure research, but we still need a vaccine.
I would like to invite you to join us for a special photo-shoot for our new campaign to inspire hope for a vaccine. Nate Gowdy, our incredible photographer & recruiter, will make you shine! Hair styling will be provided by Alex and Chris will be around filming this experience for our Seattle Community Advisory Board.
