One Day each devoted to Volunteer Park, Larrabee State Park, the Kelley Homestead, Whatcom Falls Park and Discovery Park.

Develop the foundations of healthy movement, including breath work, posture and joint integrity

Learn to fall safely, so you can fly with confidence

Develop the five primary forms of of human locomoation

Quadrupedal movement and vaults

Bipedal running, balancing and jumping

Quadrumanous climbing

Clinging, Bridging and Leaping


Play with the lost art of roughhousing, through which we build physical rapport, fully body strength and integrity, strategy, and adaptability.

Lift, carry, swing, throw, and catch natural objects to build more robust strength, coordination, accuracy, and resilience.
