Seattle Yoga Shala Open House!

Please join me in the NEW Seattle Yoga Shala studio space in the historic Inscape Arts building (formerly the immigration building). Enjoy Strawberry Moon Juice Co. juices and broths, healthy deliciousness from Twig Bakes, hand balancing demonstration from the incredible Andreas Fetz, and Megan Costello will soothe with a brief healing sound bath! It's very casual, come as you are. Andreas will do a short hand balancing performance/demo at 6:30pm and Megan plays the bowls at 7:30pm. In between, meet friends and students of the Shala and hang out.
