This Signature Workshop begins with a head-to-toe asana sequence that will reveal your healing needs. Focused Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) massage techniques (with lacrosse balls) will complete your self-healing experience. Fascia are connective tissues that attach, stabilize, enclose, and separate muscles and other internal organs.
