Each month, SOSea offers a self-defense class that focusses on one topic. Due to a recent gruesome murder in the city, it became clear to us that the May training would focus on the danger that can sometimes accompany dating in a modern world.
SOSea's Mac S. McGregor will be the instructor for the evening so come prepared to learn how to physically protect yourself, avoid an attack (sexual or non-sexual) and much more.
DATE NIGHT is open to ALL AGES and is free, although we do ask the attendees who can, donate to SOSea to help offset the cost that it takes to put on the event.
