Join us for an immersive experience in healing sound and vibration. Kate Ryan, practices the ancient art of vibrational healing using Himalayan singing bowls infused with healing intentions.

Yin Yoga is a simple and passive practice that complements any dynamic and heating (yang) activity that you are involved in. Each pose generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine, where most of us are the tightest. We’ll move through postures slowly, holding them for about 2-7 minutes, giving your body time to open up and experience the sensation of the pose.

Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They are considered a symbol of “the unknowable,” and their vibrations have been described as the “sound of the universe manifesting.”

The tones of Tibetan singing bowls and other therapeutic sounds synchronize our heart, our nervous systems & our brain waves, creating a therapeutic effect on the mind, body & soul.
