(Lost Soul / Hollow Point / Freak - LA)
Within just a few years, Sam Pool, aka SPL became an influential force in the world of dance music. With a background built upon years of work in the studio and live performance, SPL has materialized his vision of futuristic sounds and delivered it to the world in the form of groundbreaking records and captivating DJ sets. In 2007, SPL went full throttle with his hugely successful record label “Lost Soul Recordings” delivering a slew of releases from today’s most talented producers in drum and bass. Since then, SPL has launched the already massive “Hollow Point Recordings” with DJ Roommate for a heavy new take on dubstep music. He has also released on the seminal “Genosha Recordings,” which has taken the hardcore techno scene by storm. While running two record labels, touring the globe, and producing various styles of electronic music, SPL continues to deliver cutting-edge sounds to countless ears around planet earth.

(Weaponry / Samurai Music / 117 - SEA)
As a child of the 80s, Homemade Weapons witnessed the birth and growth of many musical styles, and has always favored the extreme ends of the spectrum – from frighteningly heavy to delicately soft. Having fully internalized the musical ethos of his native Baltimore/ DC, and his more recent backdrop of Seattle, WA, his music exhibits a combination of subtlety, power, and depth, rare in any genre, but much more so in the confines of Drum and Bass.
His music is presently supported by dBridge, Skeptical, Hybris, Cern, Ruffhouse, Hype, Quadrant, Dub Phizix, Clarity, Jubei, and Amit to name a few.

(Compound Records)
Upon stumbling on a Metalheadz promo tape in 1995, Slantooth got hooked on his first dose of drum & bass and never looked back. Slantooth has played along side many "old school hard hitters" such as Goldie, Jumping Jack Frost, Dillinja & LemonD, Spirit, Usual Suspects, and many, many more. In 2002, Slantooth became the owner of Compound Records Seattle. A brother store of Compound San Francisco. The first and only all drum & bass store on the West Coast. Compound Seattle and, Compound San Francisco are closed, but be on the lookout for the Compound crew in 2017 as they return to throwing proper events for the Seattle family.

For this show, Slantooth with be repping those Juke/Footwork sounds as his new alias Noir. We are very excited to see what he'll be bringing to kick off afterhours!!
