OmCulture says

Join Tai for an evening of alchemy and integration, incorporating tantric philosophy, mantra, pranayama, and mindful vinyasa yoga.

The session will begin with a deeper look into the character of Hanuman in Valmiki’s Ramayana, a shapeshifter who teaches what it means to know who we are and what we serve, and to overcome the fears that cloak our inborn spiritual knowledge.

The practice itself will incorporate pranayama and bhanda work, along with a steady, mindful flow with an emphasis on twists and binds. Subtle body practices from other modalities (Qigong and Osho-style dynamic meditations) will also be integrated into the practice.

The session will be accessible for all-levels. Please refrain from eating food before class. Bring any extra props that will support your practice (block, strap, etc.).

Tai Hubbert, E-RYT, is a teacher and mystic dedicated to the path of human evolution and awakening. As a guide in the journey of embodiment, she offers support through the tools of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and shamanism. As a lifelong student, she "follows the scent" to experiences and areas of study that meet her growing edge, and as a teacher, she is well-regarded for her ability to hold a safe and strong container for deep transformational work. As one student shared, “Tai has a connection with the eternal and the infinite. She is competent far beyond herself.”
