Do you love Star Trek? EMP Museum and The Seattle Public Library are joining forces for a weekend celebrating Star Trek’s 50th anniversary.

Join us at the Central Library for two days of Star Trek love featuring live performances, films and interviews with EMP.

Costumes are encouraged and prizes will be awarded to best costumes.


12:30 p.m.:
Hello Earth’s Outdoor Trek: Live action reinterpretations of Star Trek episode scenes
Local performance troupe Hello Earth production’s Outdoor Trek led by producers Joy DeLyria and Kris “Pepper”Hambrick will perform live-action reinterpretations of scenes between Kirk and Spock from the original series.

Abrams resurrects the classic science fiction franchise created by Gene Roddenberry with this feature film that embraces the rich history of the influential television and film series while also exploring some uncharted territory.
